The front shows a Bronze Memorial Tablet of the first and second Fort Dearborn, celebrating the 1903 Centennial of Chicago. The back features a message from A. and J. to Grandpa, Grandma, and Uncle, mentioning threshing rye. It is postmarked August 1908 and addressed to John Seegwater, 1070 Wabash Ave, Chicago, Ill.
