Not sure about artist who made . The warmer on bottom its very old but Tea pot looks very old but and it does not have shown of wear inside and not sure if it was original of this piece of art which I found this beauty in a state sale in Virginia tea pot can hold 4 cups of water with built in strainer It is perfect for displaying piece …. cast iron stand is 21.5/8 inches high by 9.3/8 '' wide by 9.1/4 inches D. on bottom everything weight with tea pot and warmer is 5.11 LBS Tea pot is 8 inches high with handle by 7'' wide by 5.1/2'' deep weigh 1.11 LBS warmer is 2.1/4'' high by 3.3/4 '' with nob by 3 '' circumference on top area This beauty is old with Vintage aged patina, shown of wear, dings and bended areas on art cast iron and copper tea pot and warmer, green aged patina scratches nd bended areas on tea pot, chipped black painted on cast iron cast art and bended area on flower on bottom and chipped black painted on wood handle of lid on teapot otherwise it still great convocation piece wile you have a nice collectible art.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
