Beautiful antique Victorian-era china / curio cabinet with original key made from quarter-sawn “tiger” oak, dating to approximately 1895–1905. This style was commonly produced in the Grand Rapids, Michigan furniture district, which was the furniture capital of the U.S. at the turn of the 20th century. This cabinet was originally designed for displaying fine china, glassware, or collectibles and features several classic design elements from the late Victorian / early Edwardian period.
