Antique Victorian brooch with freshwater blister pearl. The pearl is genuine, but I don't know about the rubies and sapphires. They too may be real, but I don't know. The metal work is brass. It's a very lovely brooch. It measures at 2 5/8 inches long and 1/2 inch wide at the widest point.
