Lovely, Victorian cameo dress sash/belt/clip. The cameo is made of white celluloid and the belt sash is made of cast brass. It measures 1” 5/8 wide by 2” inches tall. The cameo does have some minor aging marks and stains on it. Theres also some bending on the back top edge, as shown in the photos.
