Sterling Silver case Inside watch marked, 'Keystone Sterling 466729" 17 Jewels Serial # 21071268 Size 12 Swing out case. ** NOTE : This watch is rare in that the second hand is at 3:00 o'clock instead of 6:00 o'clock. The watch is running although I can not guarantee it's accuracy. I do not know if this watch is railroad grade although there is an etched train on the case back.
