My only minor complaint is that the mirror shouldn't be advertised as New (open box) if it contains a certificate in the box showing that it's a refurbished item. Even as a refurb item, it still has a five year warranty with the manufacturer, which is amazing! It was well packaged, looks brand new, and works perfectly! I would definitely buy from this seller again.
