I'm Leaving Positive because there appears to be a language barrier! Now my experience: Sent two emails no response as there was no tracking offered and late delivery! It was only when an action everyone is likely to understand: I opened a case with eBay due to non response to my emails and non delivery of item ordered. Seller understood what taking their funds away meant and they had better contact me now! Item was as described I hope they will assign tracking and answer customers emails now!
I received my first order and upon opening the package I realized that the single package contained 200 blubs. Cannot tell you how positive all the communications have been with this supplier. Once I realized what I had and upon their use, I ordered another 300 blubs. It took a couple of tries but made Commnications and YES, I received my order. The order had to be refilled as it was delivered to the wrong address. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised as this was easy to resolve.
Can't really speak to any issues, other than seller contacted me directly to inform me that the item had been delivered to the wrong address, and issued a refund to me. Good communication, not sure what happened with the wrong delivery address, as my order clearly had my shipping address included with payment. But given the circumstances, seller did the right thing, which is what matter. A+++ ebayer
