Seller has great communication and responded quickly to my issues and resolved quickly with a refund. Product had some defects such as an unresponsive home button and a small line of dead pixels and blue tint to its screen. However the packaging was great and other than those issues the phone itself was in good shape, no scuffs or marks. I will give the seller another chance with future purchases and I trust they’ll deal with potential issues the same way they did with this product.
Working with the seller was great. we just had issues with the item seeming to get lost in the shipping process. after trying to find the item which there still hasn't been an update from shipping company, i had to request a refund. i can't comment on packaging or item as described as it never made it to me. but the seller does work with you to help.
As promised, the phone arrived, new in box. Very excited to get everything transferred over! This is also asking me to write shipping time and I did end up taking like a month to get here when it originally said it would arrive October 2nd, but I don't think the seller could control that part of the process
