The 1st shipment was damaged & did not arrive. The seller however, apologized many times & promptly sent a replacement order. Sadly, the contents were not properly padded inside & both acid bottle lids came loose & leaked inside. An added gift was inside with the bottles and it received acid damage to it as well :((. About 2 ounces in each bottle leaked outside and damaged the box & contents inside. The gift & replacement bottles more than make up for the loss + I know a very honest/nice seller!

Reliable service. I was concerned when I just received one bottle. However, after a day or two, I was relieved when I got the second one. I have no idea why the bottles were delivered separatey. Anyway, items were packaged securely and were delivered on time.
