Product arrived in a mint condition as advertised in original packaging. Everything looked as in the pictures. The package arrived earlier than expected. The seller replied quickly to my messages and was very polite. The whole process was a pleasant experience.
Seller was very accommodating when they informed me that the item that I wanted was out of stock. Offered refund or a replacement to be shipped with express shipping. Replacement item came as described and very quickly. Would highly recommend.
My drone battery was shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time. Fedex delivered it to me in the USA just a few days later. I was made aware by the seller I might have to pay import duties if requested through Fedex. But I didn't need to.
