We help adults living with cancer and none-cancer life limiting illnesses such as advanced heart failure, Dementia, motor neurone disease and incurable lung diseases. We provide specialist care and support services for children with life-shortening conditions, due to illness or injury, from birth until they no longer need us. Can you combine postage on my orders? UK Orders Depending on the size and weight of the items you want to order, and the packaging we currently have available, we can usually combine postage.
