This was my first time ordering from Prycedin, and I would 1000% order from them again! The entire process was fantastic! Seller offered a $50 partial refund after device was faulty. I have to send the device to get repaired. Seller was responsive, quick and friendly. Sadly device was not as listed but seller did what he did to provide complete help. Offered a complete refund with return, which is awesome. Would actually say that was an ok experience based on that. Would recommend buying from this seller due to the warming and asurring experience.
Quality was excellent, if I didn't know it was labelled "very good" I wouldn't have known there was a flaw at all. I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
