The yurbuds had some factory issues but contacted them and was appreciated that they sending me a refund for the yurbuds I told him to check and see where the yurbuds they got from and to inform the company of what happened with them and check to see if they are functioning properly before clearing for purchase they appreciate the info will check and see about buying from again in nthe future .
