  1. not packaged well, put in a small bubble mailer with no internal packing material to secure or cushion the product. both Fans came off in transit. able to re attach, the unit does work as intended. Very dirty, did not attempt to clean up dust or residue. pockets of dust/grime all around trim that could have been cleaned before shipping.
