Awesome graphics card, great benchmarks and gaming performance. Only issue I had was that it was listed as "New" not "Open Box". Did not include original packaging (box, warranty card, manuals, extras, etc.), just came WELL PACKED in original anti-static bag & bubble wrap. Contacted seller and asked for original "New" packaging and was told they did not have it available and offered a return/refund. Great communication, but did not change the situation. Overall: Great seller with fast shipping
(4.5 Stars) Purchased 8 units. All were as describe, looked Brand New. 1 was shipped missing the power adapter. Seller responded within a couple of hours. All other responses were in 1 hour or less. Only option was to return the entire unit for full refund. There was nothing wrong with the PC itself and I needed it so I chose to keep the pc and just purchase my own power adapter online.
