Just received the 8700 frame I ordered. Packaged and shipped securely and in a timely manner. John saw a problem that I might have had to deal with, contacted me, and spent a few extra days resolving the potential issue. The frame is exactly how John depicted, and will totally suit my needs as intended. Packed Great!! Outside of the box was perfect, the additional layer of cardboard was crushed. But that’s why it was there, to keep the wheel from coming out of the box. Shipping was fast, because it was FedEx. The dent was not as bad as I expected, so it was better than described. And the price was great, because a new one would cost two and a half times more than this one.
Item arrived in exact condition as described, was shipped quickly and packaging was done well with two different packages, one for bindings and the other for board which was great because then I could set the board up for myself without having to take it apart. Overall value of this purchase was 10/10, seller was even willing negotiate a bit. Highly recommend!
