  1. Item arrived damaged, non-functional, but seller quickly refunded the full shipment value. Item arrived in condition as described, except that the carriage wouldn't move due to the shipping damage. I am guessing that the item could have been packed a little tighter and with more cushioning, but the box burst, so it's possible it would have been damaged either way.
