This kit fits Audi EA837 Superchargers. Including: - Audi C7 A6/A7 3.0T - Audi B8/8.5 S4 /S5 / SQ5 3.0T - Audi Q5/Q7 3.0T Our throttle body adapter mounts in the OEM throttle body location. Removing the need to purchase a proprietary intake system. Any 3.5” system you already have installed will be a direct fit with the use of this adapter. ( NOTE: Full silicone intakes and IE Intake will require modification due to coupler design ) or you could purchase our 4” Carbon Fiber Intake kit designed specifically for upgraded throttle bodies for the maximum upgrade in flow. Our throttle body adapter DO NOT need to be ported. These adapters feature a smooth taper up from 85mm on the throttle body side, down to 80mm on supercharger inlet side. This allows you to port the stock supercharger inlet to the max while also being able to throw the biggest throttle body you can at it. The plate style design yields a much better flow rate at higher RPMs than other throttle body adapters with snouts. The lack of a snout on a ported supercharger also means much less restriction on airflow in general. Adapter has been extensively tested under hot and cold conditions and has yet to fail. Features: Made out of PPS-CF. This material has a heat deflection of up to 265c under .45MPA, which is overkill for the environment it will be in Proprietary Gasket is included. This gasket allows for a flat surface for the throttle body to mount to, it also features inserts for the OEM mounting location for better incoming air flow 85mm throttle body adapter providing huge flow, especially when matched to a ported supercharger 44% larger opening than the stock throttle body for maximum performance Compatible with any upgraded TB ECU software you may have such as Jackal, APR, 034, IE, or 034 Stock-location mounting means compatibility with your existing intake.
