I purchased a used turntable. The turntable was packaged properly, but it was damaged during shipping and arrived in poor condition. I sent the seller pictures by email and in an immediate response I was promised a replacement device free of charge. I received a replacement turntable of the same model within a short time, which arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised. I must mention the seller's incredible service awareness, who did everything possible to my complete satisfaction!!!
