The product is exactly what you see in the picture and as described in the description, no hidden issues whatsoever. Shipping was incredibly fast and accurate to estimated arrival date. Shipping time was as outlined in the ad. The bag was well wrapped and packed and as described in the ad. The ad stated the bag could be used, but it is in new condition! It's a real Coach and is just beautiful! One great thing about this seller is they are VERY good at communications and answering questions. I was unsure about buying abroad, but this was such a great experience, I highly recommend this seller.
