I made a purchase of a bag for my wife for Christmas. I paid for the bag and the additional $100 for the tariff since it came from outside of the country. The company that was to deliver (DHL) left the package without a signature. I got a notification the package was left but it was gone when I checked. I contacted the seller and an investigation was started after the investigation the seller stated they would make a full refund to me. I will make purchases again. Great work!!!!
I didn’t like that in pics they didn’t show a damaged part of the bag! Even tho it was on the description, but it felt like it was a low blow to not SHOW in pics. Because of course, most people look only at the pics. Expecting HONESTY with post! Even tho I contacted them and they gave me only 20 dollars back. Not that great packaging. shipping cost a bit salted. Value after seeing the damage… Meeehh
