It looks like it was used. There are a few tiny tears, but not all the way through on a couple of spots on the outside. The zipper on the inside everything else is very, very good. I tried to clean it to make it a little brighter. I think that it can become more bright and I will leave that up to the new owner. Due to the imperfections, I am selling it at a nice discount.
