I gave it a positive but never actually got or saw the product. It never arrived and when I looked into it it was held for a “postage issue”,,,red flag. So I immediately contacted seller to cancel the order who was quick to do so and refunded me no hassle. So I will give it a positive for the customer service.

The seller told me it would be 12 days before I'd get the item. I got it in only 5 days. Service was excellent. The glasses, how ever, were a huge disappointment. Neither my wife nor I found ANY improvement even though we tried all possible adjustments.
