  1. I don't know who was at fault but one of the containers was sliced open. the shipping container had absorbed the liquid and the shipper had stuck the package in a clear plastic bag. I think the package should have been stronger packaging. this is not a cheap product and losing a container is not a good thing. Sorry in the haste to save the product we didn't take a picture.
