The reason I'm giving Packaging only 4 stars is because... the original package was packaged inside of a larger box (which is fine). Problem was... there was virtually no shipping padding between the two boxes. That "could have" lead to a potentially broken Coffee Maker. When I opened the outer shipping box.. there was ONE small crumbled up piece of paper between it and the Coffee Maker box.
