If there was an award for packing, the shipper would get him. Everything came perfect no chips, no brakes, etc. I mentioned this because I have ordered several things on eBay and they have come in. Broke because of poor packing. The seller is also a fast shipper And the pot was just as described. I had the same teapot years ago and sold it and have regretted it since.
