Arrived quickly enough. I did not read the ad correctly and thought the stem of the key was crystal, it's just plain metal. The picture listed in the ad gave (me) the impression the stem was crystal; which was what I needed to meet the purpose of purchasing it. If I knew then, what I now know about the key, I would have know it was overpriced and not what I expected. The seller did nothing wrong. The ad was correct and I got what I ordered, not what I thought I ordered.
