Authentic/arrived quickly from Japan once shipped. Bag arrived with mold in multiple areas, inside corners/pockets. Disappointing/not mentioned in the listing. Packaging was also not great/in a bubble mailer which was ultimately folded/stuffed in my mailbox. Seller was responsive and offered a return or a 10% refund. I do not feel as though this fully reflects the issue and what it took for me to remedy the bag, but I did not bother to ask for more. It is a beautiful bag, anyway....
I'm so happy to have this beautiful bag in my life! Great price for the quality and condition. The seller is great and also great communication. If you're ordering from the UK like me, please keep in mind Japan Post doesn't update past when it leaves the country! I thought it was lost but tracked it via Royal Mail and it was updated (there was a bit of a delay but all good), took about two weeks to arrive but well worth the wait! I'll definitely be ordering from here again soon 🫶🏽
The briefcase came as advertised, in excellent used condition, and it was considerably less expensive than the same bag offered by a different seller. I also appreciated that shipping was free, and the briefcase was packed very well to ensure that it didn't get damaged in transit. It arrived in a timely manner by DHL, and I was able to easily track it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the item and the seller.
