So initially, I ordered from them and waited for the package to ship. 2 weeks went by and it had never advanced in shipping. It just said USPS was still waiting for the package. I contacted the postal service thinking that maybe it was a problem on their end. They said no and to reach out to the seller. I did, and the seller was very open and promptly answered my messages. They got the problem resolved quickly and I received the package within 3-4 days. The item was as listed. Highly recommend.
Not only was this a beautiful piece for my personal honda collection but the customer service was phenomenal. The item was sent out weeks prior and I began to question the purchase. I contacted the seller and voiced concern. HE then took it upon himself to go to usps and find the issue. Which he did and found there was a misprint. There were extra methods he suggested so that I can get the jacket just in case. I really appreciated the help thank you. The jacket is MINT! worth the wait.
