HUSKY MULTIPURPOSE CUTTER . T he tool is in good mechanical and reasonably clean cosmetic condition , and should work fine . The small plastic tab (for maintaining the pliers in close position) is damaged, but still works somehow. The cutting blade needs to be changed since it is rusted. I don't know where to get new blades. Please see pictures for surface condition.
