The painting looks just like it did in the picture. It was shipped with care. I paid a lot more than I had planned, but the seller did lower the price for me to the middle of where we both wanted. It arrived in a reasonable time too. I am very happy with my purchase, worth the wait. I had been looking for a velvet painting for 3 months.
Customer contact was fine, but Item took 3-4 days to get out of N. CAROLINA JUST TO VA.!?? POOR PACKAGING!! Need to do better!!! Just thrown in a bag so don't really know if it was stacked on some other packages to cause some puckers or not. I do like the case, though. 100% rating for seller?!?!? -2 stars for packaging.
