Comes with original box, three sizes of earpieces (all have been used when testing out which pair fit best but have been sanitized for new owner), charging cord and hard sided case. I personally used these occasionally throughout the years and they really are amazing! Please expect normal, light wear on the neck piece and light wear on the case and earbuds.
