The Item was as described. The packaging was adequate for its size and weight. Shipping costs were fair as this item came to me from Canada. This item was priced fairly for its availability. Excellent purchase experience. Shipping was great as item arrived early. Packaging was terrific with hinges wrapped in bubble wrap in a bubble envelope. As described but the hinges were actually in better condition than as described. Value was very good. Best price I've seen on ebay and reasonable shipping cost.
