No issues, great transaction! They let me demo the speakers that I bought. The speakers were as described, both cosmetically and functionally, and sounded great. After that, they packed the speakers up in the shipping boxes and loaded them into my van for me. The communication about the pick-up was also very good. I would gladly do business with them in the future, without hesitation!
Seller quickly shipped and packaged very securely. Unfortunately, the tweeter of the unit was non-functional upon arrival, but upon my request the seller issued a partial refund so that I could replace the part myself. I could have returned the unit but this was my preference and the seller was very helpful with great communication. Thank you!
