This was a previously "Factory Renewed" product. Genuine OEM BOSE power cord is included. Other connecter cables are not included. Comes as pictured. Very happy with my purchase. Great seller. Tool as described, as shown in pictures, and in very good used condition for its age. Tool was good value. Seller shipped very quickly. Tool was very well packaged. Seller took care and effort to insure that my purchase arrived safely. Outer layer was an appropriately sized cardboard box and inside that, the screwdriver was surrounded by crunched up thick paper bunches and wrapped in thick paper. Given the chance, I will buy from this seller again.
I would like to highlight the outstanding communication and customer service with this seller. My package arrived a few days late ( through no fault of the seller) the seller responded to every single message regarding the item and even offered to look into the matter to help get it resolved. Item was well packaged and shipped out very quickly. I hope to do business with you again.
Item shipped fast and arrived well packaged, mostly as described. Listed "For Parts" so I won't knock it, but while description noted that top of case was detached, it did not mention that the case screws would not be included. Would like to have known that before purchase. Also, former owner's info is etched into bottom of case, but was not mentioned in description or photos.
