While the item was labelled "Open Box - Appear to be unused", there was ample evidence that the item is used. Apart from this, the earbuds work just fine, but drain fast. The item was promptly dispatched and shipped quickly in excellent packaging.
Shipping was late. Was supposed to be here from December 15th-20th. It was delivered on December 24th. Overall, very good communication with seller. Very good at answering all my questions. Would buy from again.
