It was brand new, with the box and all of the stickers were in place on the watch and the bracelet. The shipping was prompt, it arrived quickly and I am happy to say, the delivery required a signature so the porch pirates were not gifted an (for me) expensive watch. It arrived in excellent condition packaged in orininal box with all factory paperwork/manual, still wearing the protective covers on the crystal and bracelet clasp, leaving no doubt it is brand new and never worn.
