The item I ordered was never received. The seller response was not satisfactory. If this seller would have done a more thorough investigation and just offered to fill my order, this feedback would have been more positive. As result, a case was opened on this purchase with EBAY. EBAY investigated this case which was determined as a buyer to be in my favor. Even though I really would have liked to have the product that I ordered, a refund was issued by EBAY and I am thankful with the results.
