Overall good value for the item and free shipping is a plus. Item was new as described and the exchange process was smooth as I’ve received the replacement in a timely manner. Good communication with the seller. Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.
SBS 778HS arrived quickly, well packaged, and at a fair price. As an aside, I requested additional tracking information due to a mixed shipment. I read the sellers negative feedback while I waited for a reply. The very next day I received a detailed reply from the seller with all tracking numbers, a pardon for the mixed shipments, and a thanks for the business. The pads arrived that day. I for one am very pleased with the service I received. Maybe don't believe all the negatives.
