  1. I received the ordered item in a timely manner. It is in new condition, but the original packing for this cover had previously been opened and was taped shut. Unfortunately, it is the wrong size and doesn't fit the Kindle I have. I then requested to return the item for a refund since I had to order a cover from Amazon that is the correct size. The return process was started immediately and was easy to follow. Overall, I have been pleased with my interactions with this Seller. Highly recommend.

  2. Almost put NEUTRAL. Stop tracking with Aquiline! You are not fooling anyone trying to hide the fact that you are drop shipping from Amazon. Using Aquiline tells me that you are drop shipping from Amazon as well as the Amazon *packing* when the item showed up. Aquiline said the item would arrive in 3 days. While it's great that the item showed up early, Aquiline is 100% useless. Why are you using it? Just be honest. If you are drop shipping from Amazon, just SAY SO. Item was as described.
