Binder in great condition. Sleeves have been used previously

  1. Great seller to work with. Would work with again. However, there was one major issue - the card was not sealed into the toploader when shipped. When I opened the envelope the card was already a quarter out of the toploader. Thankfully there was no damage, but given the price paid, I would have appreciated a little more attention with the packaging. The card itself appears to be better condition than advertised. Overall, would buy from again.
