The measurement is taken from the bottom (top surface of base is a circle slightly less than 65mm, bottom circle is exactly 65mm). The bases are 4mm high. If you want fast delivery, go to my store and buy the base listing that uses USPS Ground Advantage shipment. SHIPPING NOTE: This uses Standard Envelopes for shipment. You will need to be patient with Standard Envelopes as Ebay does not offer the same tracking as USPS Ground Advantage.
