The item (DVDs) came as-described. There were no scratches beyond regular use. The packaging (some folded cardboard with newspaper stuffed inside for cushioning) held up surprisingly well. I was skeptical when I first saw it, but clearly it works. Upon further research, little envelopes like that are standard for DVDs and CDs, so the more you know! 10/10, would recommend seller to a friend.
Shipped very fast and was packaged very well. In fact, the seller did such a good job that I didn't have the heart to return it because I had ordered the wrong DVD. (The one I wanted had a similar name.) Anyway, great seller and not his fault that I ordered the wrong item.
