was not the best experience with seller...had to write more than once to get answers to questions and their response was borderline rude. Terrible job packing item...Just put box in plastic bag and shipped. No packing material protecting the box and contents for the trip from Canada to the USA..Miracle not was broken from the trip. Pics could have been better showing the wear/tear on machine & overall condition. I had to guess at stuff since they didnt want to actually answer my questions
