When I looked at the description in some areas, it said it was new, as well as the picture showing a perfect item in a perfect box. Much further down, which I didn’t notice at the time, the box was described as “a little banged up“. That was quite the understatement. At least a quarter of the box was pretty mangled. Luckily, all the pieces were there. Just had to explain the circumstances
