The items were exactly as described, shipping time and cost was great and the mugs were well priced. However, there was a problem with packaging and one arrive cracked, so I had to then find another of one of the mugs from different seller. This seller did refund 1/2 my cost for the cracked mug with no issue.

The box was opened and the small serum was half empty with a slit in the seam where it had most likely leaked out. All other items were in good seemingly new condition. Good communication and quick shipping.
