  2. Quick delivery (sent via USPS): ordered 1 July; received 5 July (3rd business day after ordering). Well-packaged. Oddly, one mounting screw on unit and one in separate pouch. No receipt or packing slip of any kind in the packaging. Form and fit as advertised. Subjectively (feel), slightly less sturdy than OEM. Slightly different shade of gray than expected (sort of a beige tint), but for a 2009 model it is acceptably close. Will hold opinion on function based upon how if it performs/lasts.

  3. The item was packaged adequately, and had no damage to it. Price was very competitive. Small delay in getting it into the mail once label was created, but didn't affect my plans that much. I was able to rearrange my schedule to match the delivery date with no trouble at all (which is very rare for me). Overall I am satisfied with the item. It was as advertised and pictured.
