The shipping and packaging were done well. The one thing that I was concerned with was the shipping company. Now, the delivery was timely however, my package was just left on my sidewalk in plain view. USPS will leave it as designated. Now, I may have been able to give instructions but the website was not familiar to me. Despite that, the top is beautiful, just as shown and described in the listing. Also, a great value for this brand name. I'm very happy with my purchase and the seller!!!
Fast shipping , well packaging , item as described pretty dress & good value . Suggestion for seller do NOT use this delivery carrier because their driver just throw the package on top of piles of snow on the side of the road , he did not put in the mailbox or deliver to our porch . The street snow plower kind enough found this package on the side of the road &bring it to us . The delivery guy should be reported to their company, so awful !! Seller at no fault . Don’t use this delivery !
I’m so impressed with the seller because the item that came was in perfect condition and I know it’s over $100 retail and yet it didn’t fit as described (not by the seller, but by the manufacturer). The seller refunded my entire amount in a gift card and told me to regift my item to someone that might need it! The item was as stated and quality was great. The value was great and the shipping was super fast. I’m sad it didn’t fit me. I’ll buy from this seller again. That’s for sure ! A+ seller.
