I didn't get the coffee maker that I ordered as there was a mixup at the time of shipping and another item was sent by mistake. However, when I contacted the seller, they immediately identified the problem, took responsibility for it, and issued a refund. Mistakes happen, and this was remedied exactly as it should have been. I would definitely do business with this seller again.
Price , Description & Delivery Time were great ! One small problem - one of the Containers had a loose Lid & some of the soap leaked out - which couldn't be noticed before shipment because all 4 Containers were sealed in outer packaging. The USPS did put it in another Plastic Wrap with a note on the Plastic Wrap stating "Received in Damaged Condition".
Recently I received the wrong item but I was able to return the item and repurchase the item. So they did correct their mistake and I just received the correct item. Conversation with them was great except for the fact that they do not answer messages on the weekend. But all in all I would purchase from them again. Thank you
